What can you expect:
Step 1: Verify you are an active member in good standing. If unsure use the link on the home pageÂ
Step 2: Fill out this Hardship Form to the right.
Someone will be in contact with you ASAP. We understand time is of the essence.
Step 3: An Evaluator will be assigned as your point of contact and assist you through every step of the hardship you are dealing with.
Step 4: Fill out all required documents sent to you by your evaluator in a timely manner so as not to delay any assistance we may provide. The more thorough you are the more we may be able to help you.
Step 5: A decision will be made within 30 days to help ease your hardship in every way we possibly can.
